The following regulations are established by the Amin Avenue Teak Cooperative Society. These rules are designed to maintain the building's integrity, ensure resident safety, and protect the quiet enjoyment of your home.
- Quiet hours are strictly observed from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM daily.
- Residents are responsible for the conduct of their guests at all times.
- No heavy drilling or construction noise is permitted on Fridays or public holidays.
- Household waste must be securely bagged and disposed of in designated chutes.
- Bulky items (furniture/appliances) must NOT be left in common areas.
- Littering in hallways, elevators, or the parking area is strictly prohibited.
- Only registered vehicles with a valid Teak permit may park in the designated slots.
- Vehicle washing is not permitted within the parking basement.
- Speed limit within the building premises is 10 km/h.
- Prior written approval from the Management is required for any structural changes.
- Balcony aesthetics must be maintained; hanging laundry over balcony rails is discouraged.
